Christine is a certified personal lifestyle trainer with the Canadian Fitness Professionals Association (CANFIT PRO) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE), as well as a certified medical exercise specialist with the American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals (AAHFRP).

Christine describes her training technique as functional exercise influenced by pilates, yoga, and dance. These influences combine to create programs that achieve fitness goals without feeling like work.

Christine was born and raised in Ontario but she has lived and worked in the United States, Canada, and Europe. From a young age, Christine has been active in fitness and sports. She was an all-star field hockey player, has coached and competed in figure skating, and was active in the sliding sport of skeleton. Christine is also a soccer player, dancer, runner.

Currently Christine instructs Zumba, a fitness cardio class fused with Latin dance music, at the Riverside Club, The Studio School of Dance the Winter Club and Kinetix at the University of Calgary. She was first to bring this class to Calgary and it has become a very popular alternative to traditional aerobics classes.

Christine truly believes that commitment, effort, and consistency can create great fun and results. In addition, keeping active motivates Christine to continue to learn and teach those around her how to experience a better quality of life through exercise.

Christine has many years of experience training athletes, older adults, those with injuries and suffering from chronic illness, and international celebrities. Her specialty is core strength and stability, injury rehabilitation, and chronic illness management.
